Adlai Stripling and his production team were very personable and professional with their work. They went well beyond our expectations on making our driveway smooth and left it sparkling. Price, and quality of workmanship were superlative.  We were completely satisfied with the professionalism of Parker and Brandon.  These two hard-working gentleman could not have been better in representing your company.  They could not have been better in their attitude, work ethic, and professional competence.  The outcome of their work was much better than I hoped for.   I cannot say enough about these great guys.  We enjoyed having them here for two days.  If we have any future needs for concrete work , we will be calling Shore Up.  Thank you for a great experience.

We were so impressed from start to finish with this project— from the initial quote to passing the inspection, everyone at Shore Up went above and beyond to make us feel like we were VIPs. Truly. Absolutely stellar customer service, and since we weren’t home, they sent continual updates of what was going on with our project when we didn’t even ask for them. And talk about going above and beyond, they somehow miraculously made the side of our sad garage look amazing when they finished up. I felt like I was in the wrong place, it looked so incredible when they finished compared to when they started. We were so impressed! If you’re looking for kind, professional, attentive humans to take care of your home/garage foundation, look no further! I wish I had more foundations for them to shore up because they really just are that delightful to work with. Recently, I noticed a crack in my wall and ceiling. A contractor felt like the issue was with my foundation and suggested I call the experts.After have three companies came by to look at the problem, I chose Shore Up Foundation.From the sales consultant, Chase, to the pier installation team, Adlai, Wade and Caleb, this is a first-rate business.The contract was very competitive and the actual work was excellent. I cannot say enough positive remarks on Shore Up Foundation Repair. The company and the employees. The experience started with wanting to replace our flooring. We pulled up the carpeting in one of the bedrooms and noticed the large cracks in the concrete floor, along with the cracks in the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Panic set in. We started doing research on what could be done with the floors. Saw an ad on the local news for Shore Up Foundation Repair. Several days later driving around town (Madison Fl) I noticed their truck at a home they were working on. I pulled in spoke with the foreman , he took my information and the next day Chase Watkins called set up the appointment. Chase came out, explained the concrete floor in the house had settled and it was uneven. Therefore all of the cracks. The crew of Parker, Brandon and Kalen arrived on time and ready to get to work. They were very friendly, efficient and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone with foundation problems of any kind.
