When this homeowner gave us a call, they had started noticing soft, sagging floors and cracks forming around door frames. Doors were sticking, trim was separating, and something just didn’t feel right when walking across certain areas of the home.

After a full inspection, we found the issue in the crawl space. The existing support system had weakened over time, causing sections of the floor system to settle and lose proper support.

Our solution was to install SmartJacks in the crawl space to stabilize and lift the affected areas. These adjustable steel supports allowed us to carefully restore the floor system toward its original position while providing long-term stability.

Once installed, the difference was noticeable. Floors felt firm again, gaps began to close, and the homeowner had peace of mind knowing their home was properly supported from the ground up.
